Vahid Ahmadi, a member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, emphasized the unique role of art and media in conveying the concepts of resistance and the principles of pure Islam, and called for redefining cultural and propaganda strategies in line with the needs of society and the requirements of the region.

Vahid Ahmadi, a member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, pointed out the importance of using art and media tools in conveying the concepts of resistance and said: “If we pay attention to the role of art and media, its importance in proposing new ideas and the principles of pure Islam becomes clearer. By defining the principles of pure Islam, Imam Khomeini (RA) created a revolution in the world and established a global dialogue against colonial powers, the effects of which are still evident today in different parts of the world.”

He added: “A clear example of this was the military command that, relying on these principles, created a general mobilization in the region and stood against the evil powers that wanted to divide and destroy Islamic countries. This victory was lasting and revealed the true nature of resistance to enemies.”

Referring to the leadership’s view on the resistance, Ahmadi stated: “Resistance leadership is defined as a software tool that not only does not become obsolete, but is always effective. Therefore, promoting the foundations of resistance and pure Islam requires serious redefinition in accordance with the requirements of the region, the needs of society, and new literature in the information storm.”

He emphasized: “If there has been a failure to spread the message of resistance so far, the reason has been the weakness in utilizing the facilities and opportunities. Our mission is to use artistic and media tools to convey the message of pure Islam and resistance to the world more effectively and sustainably.”

In conclusion, the parliamentarian called the International Resistance Film Festival a suitable platform for presenting and expanding these concepts, adding: “We must use these opportunities to convey the values ​​of resistance in the best possible way.”
