General Rules

● Registered works must not have participated in previous editions of the festival.
● Only works produced in the years 2025 and 2024 are accepted.
● To upload works, use the official website only: www.resistanceiff.com
● Obtaining a tracking code is mandatory, and all follow-ups must be done through this code only.
● Once the final version of the work is submitted, it cannot be retrieved from the Secretariat.
● If a work is mistakenly registered in the wrong section, the Secretariat may transfer it to the correct section for competition.
● After the submission deadline, the Secretariat is not responsible for accepting works.
● The Secretariat may use works for promotional purposes, including highlights, teasers, and posters.
● There is no limit to the number of works a participant can submit.
● The information entered in the registration form is considered the main reference throughout all festival stages.
● The Secretariat is not responsible for any potential damage to submitted works or multiple versions sent by participants.
● Interpretation of the regulations, clarifying ambiguities, and final decision on unforeseen matters are the responsibility of the Secretariat.
● The Secretariat may use festival-related SMS numbers to notify the numbers provided in the registration form.

Special Rules

● Obtaining producer approval for a work’s participation in the festival is the responsibility of the registrant.
● Film owners must submit a high-quality version of the work on a CD or storage device along with the work code (by mail or in-person delivery to the Secretariat) or via a download link in the registration form.
● If a file is uploaded or a download link is provided, physical delivery is not required.
● When registering works in the AI section, enter the prompt and production platform in the description.
● If a filmmaker has multiple works, each work must be registered separately.
● Films must be uploaded in the specified format (H.264 - 1080*1920).
● Films accompanied by promotional materials (teasers and posters) will benefit from the festival's media coverage.
● For films made by more than one director, the award is granted to one person representing the directing team.
● The Secretariat, while preserving the works, reserves the right to screen them publicly during and outside the festival nationwide.
● Works in languages other than Persian or in local dialects must include Persian subtitles, otherwise they will not be accepted.
● Multi-part works must submit a cinematic version for review by the selection committee and jury.
